Noah × Zoom Integration Guide
Overview
Noah integrates with Zoom to allow executives and teams to automatically generate and manage meeting links during scheduling workflows. Once integrated, Noah can create Zoom meetings on behalf of the authorized user when new events are scheduled through the platform.
Our integration is deliberately simple and secure — no hidden actions or background permissions. This document explains how to connect and disconnect Zoom from Noah.
Connecting Your Zoom Account
During onboarding, your account representative will request the email address associated with your Zoom account.
This email is used to initiate the secure OAuth authorization process between Noah and Zoom.
You'll receive a direct onboarding link or be guided through this step on a call.
Once the connection is complete, Noah is able to:
Create Zoom meetings on your behalf using Zoom's official API.
Return meeting details (Join URL, Meeting ID, etc.) to your scheduling assistant or dashboard.
No additional steps are required — you will not need to manually manage tokens or credentials.
Disconnecting / Removing the Integration
To remove the integration at any time:
Email us at: hello@heynoah.io
Use the subject line "Remove Zoom Integration" and include your connected email address.
Our team will immediately revoke the Zoom access tokens and disable meeting creation for your account.
You may also revoke Noah's access directly from your Zoom account:
Sign in to Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps.
Locate Noah and click Remove.
Permissions & Scopes
Noah only requests the minimum required scope:
meeting:write — allows Noah to create meetings on your behalf.
No other data or scopes are accessed.
